The Cellar will pay for a small share of this to live in the same space. So it's a little less $ for the system to have a much better living quarters.

If all goes well, you won't notice anything... except it'll be much better behind the scenes, because if anything goes wrong with the hardware, I can actually fix it at reasonable times... such as midnight.
