How racist is Scott Wagner?

It bemoans that "we are becoming a nation of victims" and that "we don't even recognize the country we were born and raised in."
I'm not sure he sees clearly who is playing the victim card.

Hard to tell, he's a politician so will say anything he thinks will win him some votes. Remember Trump won the state and he wants to also.

I'm wondering if the racoon story is as openly racist as it appears to me.

The way it was originally written it sure sounds like it, but once the faithful know the story it only has to be alluded to so as not to be able blamed for being racist.
