BigV -- Valium V 99 (no relation to the pharmaceutical with the same trade name) relatively heavy element with three electrons in the outermost shell, metallic, highly radioactive (see Fig. 1), long-lived with a half-life of approximately 40 years, malleable, does not hold temper, can be polished to a high sheen only with great effort; not considered precious; largely unreactive (except in political environments), does not bond with many other elements, but tends to form strong, long lasting bonds with the a few compatible elements.
