Isidore of Seville, who is celebrated by some as the patron saint of the Internet, is sometimes also accorded patronage over cartography because of the Jerusalem-centred T-O map of the world he produced, which remained influential for centuries to come. Isidore has been officially confirmed in neither capacity by the Vatican.

I knowwww, believe it or not!

My Pottery instructor collects saint cards (because he's nuts, not because he's catholic) and his favorite is St Dymphna, patroness of nutters.

Of course, those are more, ahem, spirit than saint.

I retain a certain fondness for St. Barbara, too: patroness of really sudden journeys -- hence of gunners. Probably EOD by now too.

Don't forget St Francis of Assisi, patron saint of peace amongst other things.
