Coffee ice cold and black like my heart.

Now that surgery is long past, pulled the cork on my Springbank 10yo.
Spiritous bite to the nose, otherwise very hard to describe. Unlike any other single malt I've tasted. Sweet intially, like a Speyside, but without the graininess of many Speysides; indeed sweeter on the tongue than those Speysides. Whisky-spirits kind of finish, rather short, but powerful. If there is any peat, I can't find it. That said, there *is* some smoke, just enough to be Scottish I guess -- just not the blatant peatiness of the Islays. Smooth, sweet, not subtle nor elusive. Would go damned well with chocolate... Have not attempted 'opening' it with a few drops of designer water. While once there were many Campbelltown whiskies, this is one of the two or three survivors, and I believe the largest. |

Never mind, Jim, the Ugly Gorilla has been drinking again. :haha:

Ginger ale
A while back a fella gave me a jar of corn that I haven't had the chance to sample, yet. I intend to climb inside that jar before too much more time passes. |
Chocolate milk :) (Whole organic)

Not "Nevermind, Jim The Ugly Gorilla has been..."
It's "Nevermind, Jim. The Ugly Gorilla has been..." Bruce was talking Urbane Guerilla, not Jim. |
Heh.

Chocolate Milk :)

Skim milk.

So how was the corn? Pour some in a mayonnaise jar with cut up frozen strawberries and put in the fridge for 3 days.

24oz Modelo Chelada Limón y Sal. Like Gatorade, at its best after you've been sweating, like if you've put in a summer day among the agaves, getting in the harvest for the tequila.
