Some of them just wanted *my* picture, I stole this from they guy's facebook feed after SonofV alerted me to having been tagged in an adjacent picture by one of his friends. I feel so famous.

Now there were a lot of people also cosplaying characters from One Piece. I was greeted by many of them as they knew me far more often than I recognized them.

Eventually I was invited to a group picture with the many One Piece cosplayers. I was very flattered. "One of us!". This young lady was playing Luffy, the central character of the whole show. She guided me to this mob.
