The New Adult in our house

Just registered for motorcycle safety classes.

And I took him to register to vote on his birthday (Thursday)

xoxoxoBruce 04-15-2017 07:35 PM

Did he say you're not the boss of me anymore? :haha:

Now he can vote down the 21 y.o. minimum age requirement for riding without a helmet.

The same year that Texas passed the law that said motorcycle riders didn't have to wear helmets, Austin passed a law that said bicycle riders did.

And then they amended it a year later to only bicycle riders under 18, because even Austin has its liberal-hippie limits and people were pissed.

That's what makes you feel old. Not your age, your kids' age.

... Eta.... And by you, I mean me.

xoxoxoBruce 04-17-2017 12:46 AM

Right you are Jim, having no spawn has kept me youthful and spry.

Well OK, immature and doddering.
