Gift ideas 19yo engineer....GO

This young man likes anything with an engine, and plans to get a licence for all of them... but already owns most toys/tools one can think of and has access to a machine shop with every thing he could possibly need. He had had a couple of (plane) flight lessons in the past, a helicopter flying extreme experience is a little out of my price range (we tend to keep below $100 for gifts) ((an when I say we I mean me now, I guess :( ), He already races off road vehicles he builds himself (and doesn't was his own helmet for that), his motorbike is currently out of commission....and he has all the shit he might need for that

He already owns most toys/tools one can think of and has access to a machine shop with every thing he could possibly need in that respect....

what obscure but handy gadget does he need that I don't know about? What can i do? Help me out here, gang, I'm without my co-pilot and we always struggled with this one anyway (hence his amazing tool collection....)

please and thanks

Something completely out of the gadget realm, like a DVD set of Top Gear or whatever show he likes?

If they had DVDs of the YouTube series "Project Binky" he would love that.

Fitting a Celica motor in a Mini.
