Thunderboy keeps losing his homework between home and school. Grades are suffering, now has an "accommodation" to be allowed to submit by pdf uploaded to his school account if he loses it en route (:rolleyes:), but the apps they suggested are all iphone only.

That scanner is simply a picture. A picture taken by the Android. A picture taken by a computer's scanner. The picture can be in any picture format (.BMP, .JPEG, .PNG). And can even converted to a .PDF - another picture.

But that is only curing symptoms. Problem is this: why is he losing his homework? Better is to address the problem rather than its symptoms.

this is the app I use. I make my salesmen get it so they can stop asking me to scan and email things for them. If you pay for the premium you get cloud storage, so you don't lose files when you change phones. I always capture my insurance card and registrations.
