@ Wolf. The scalloped end is 3.5" across and overall 16" long. Not sure if the thing in front of this dress is a belt, or not, but it has tassels.

I think I had these 2 back in the do-dad thread. My Dad told me that someone heated in oven then dropped in water. Why? Not a clue.
Anyway we used them for target pratice when kids along RR tracks.
