Closer to steak, actually, but a bit gamier. Someone who eats more varieties of meat would probably have a better comparison. I used to get ostrich occasionally from Whole Foods.

It seems to defeat his purpose a bit for it to look so little like it was from one log. But I guess if it had kept its original shape and size, it probably wouldn't fit on some roads.

No longer curious. I'm pretty sure they didn't actually put it together. The tip of India and top of Malaysia have the wrong tabs to join Asia.
