Understood, but bear in mind, because of the "stigma" that PMS has, sometimes it gets annoying to hear, "Oh she's bitchy today...must be on the rag." (or worse, "Sounds like she needs to get laid.") . And most of the time, those type of comments come from men, which makes it all the more worse, because they just assumed that it was a "female" problem, and not because of...oh let's say work stress, home stress, MAN stress, or anything outside of menstruation.
