Sounds like an average money sucker, rooms average $260 although $500+ over July 4th.
The place looks pretty posh with all the fancy shit people think they want, so they’ll hang out long enough to blow the kids collage fund.
They even have the mandatory ugly carpet in the Casino.
So it looks like a nice hotel with all the bells and whistles, just keep on keeping on, right?
Rich people, high rollers, don’t want the same year after year. So they emptied all the swear jars, pants pockets in the laundry, and
couch cushions for loose change to spiffy the place up.
And it only cost $1,500,000,000.00.
The bottom line is they made a $1.5 Billion bet the gamblers would be impressed enough to pay for it in the Casino.
