Allow me to elaborate....
When I WORKED (as in I had an ID and could leave at the end of the day, WITHOUT having to get a pass and have someone accompanying me
) at the mental hospital, a few of the patients who had ground passes ended up going behind the church (no, I don't know which one it was) and were later found to be pregnant.
Generally, patients with ground passes still had escorts, btw.
