Jag, the big two are Peak and BarbaBatch. I regularly deal with 50,000+ files at a time, and BarbaBatch is the only reasonable batch processor capable of handling them. And Peak made a new version for OSX, but it's painfully buggy and actually REMOVED several of my favorite features as compared to the previous version.

I have an OSX partition too, you can see the conveniently placed "Startup Disk" icon on the top left so I can switch back and forth whenever I want.
