This thing has been right in his wheelhouse. He is not loved in Upstate NY but I don't know if any Democrat would be. The re-opening is going to be done regionally, rationally, and driven by data. The region I work in has met all the criteria for re-opening, hopefully the Health Dept classifies us in a way that gets us back into homes soon. I could understand if they don't but it looks like we're in a good place testing wise.
