My Step-Sister has been suffering for a while with Anorexia Nervosa, and my family is trying very hard to cope with how to handle her.
It has been going on for a few years now (she has been hospitalized twice)and she has just moved back into home and stopped working all together (she is 22 yrs old). She doesnt do anything during the day (except exercise, although she is too 'weak' to work) the family is paying for all her expenses (car, loans, allowance) which i disagree with. she is causing great division and fights between our family because everyone wants to deal with it differently. we have tried interventions with her shrink, tried princess treatment, tried being harsh.
