We have 3 states that do not observe DST--Hawaii, Arizona and Indiana.

Indiana is really fucking strange. The Chicago suburbs and Evansville are on Central Standard Time and the Cincy suburbs are on Eastern Standard Time...and all 3 areas observe DST. But the rest of the state is on Eastern Standard Time and does not follow DST.
