Not "options", you want "profile". Location is near the bottom of the profile page.
You could also hit "User CP" which still stands for "Control Panel". From there you get to a whole slew of things on the left, but "Edit Profile" gets it done.
Also, "Edit Profile Picture" gives you the chance to upload a 100x100 jpg of yourself. Why not. I did.
