Think about that bruce .45 is roughly 1/2 an inch x 2 ( i am assuming that it was a 6 shot ) =1 inch ,
.357 + .22 = .577 x 2 = 1.054 inch , plus supporting steel so the cylinder doesn't blow up when you shoot . so we are talking about a 3-4 inch piece of steel , heavy , and how the hell would you time it ( so the cylinder ligns up for all 3 calibers ) ????? Tri barrel gun with the frame to support all this , again heavy , did it have 3 different sets of sights ???? sorry but i don't think so.
