I'm not saying conspiracy. It was a good story, reflecting the growing fear of Germany... unfortunately that particular story may have been false.

As far as the other part, the individual Germans are responsible for their actions but story telling in our media helped make it easier for us to kill them.

The WMD story was a good one as well.
