A few guys with too much spare time have been collecting AOL CDs - asking everyone to send theirs along - and have gotten over 17 thousand so far, though it's short of their goal of collecting a million.

Meanwhile, a recent item says that the number of AOL subscribers has hit 34 million, but the rate of increase is slowing down. Could it be that everyone who might want AOL already has it? Could it be that everyone who wants internet access already has it?
