So what's she going to do when a bill that contains a bunch of stuff she wants to vote for is amended by a bunch of riders that have stuff that she considers against her political agenda? Her 'Yea' helps to pass stuff her constituents didn't elect her for and her 'Nay' helps to keep stuff her constituents want from going through. Either way, the next election year, people will be dreging up stuff like that...
