Yeah, penile implants are for real--they are functional. Exactly--ya just gotta pump it up! Voila! I think the best thing is that you don't have to deflate until everybody's happy!
They do look real because they are on the INSIDE of the penis with just a little device for pumping showing. It's like the inside of an inner tube--you know? It's the guy with a little, um, "pumper" inside his special purpose. It doesn't make him bigger, just harder so he can achieve a little happiness! (and so can his partner!)---it's all good!
