Of course if it's true, than the price of the deception is our tying up scarce military resources in a country that
has not been stablized. Operation Mountain Storm has been simultaneously trying to find Bin Laden and other top leaders as well as restore order, with an emphasis on the hunt for Bin Laden. Having only 13,000 coalition troops for the whole country, any manpower being diverted for a snipe hunt would be costly.
