I found out today boeing didn't hand these out to the help. It was the customer (read Army) that brought these and some posters in and started handing them out. I'd bet Boeing had them made and gave them to the Army, though.

The 5 spades "Heavy Cav" was the first to get the Apache. It lists Warhawk, Checkmate, Silver Spur, Ruthless Rider & Desperado. I'm guessing these were the first Pilots and not the ships, but I'm not sure.
