One of the highlights of my childhood was spending a week or two with my grandmother during the summer or one of the weeks of Christmas Break. After a full day of playing outside and a long hot bath, Granny would get us both a little ice cream and I'd be allowed to stay up and watch Johnny in her one room "servant's quarters" living space. Laying in the roll out couch, eating my ice cream, and watching Johnny, but better, watching Johnny make my Granny laugh.
We'll miss you, Johnny. May you rest in comfort, peace and love.
