Okay, so where did they come from? The Cabbage Patch? Their parents left them at the Dollar's Day Care 12-17 years ago and forgot to pick them up? They bought them during a clearance sale at Target?
Except for the fleeing to Utah part this is reminiscent of that
case from New Jersey a year or two ago.
