Try working with real, live psychotics, bi-polars, schizophrenics and depressives! Sheesh! Have any of your customers threatened to kill you? That's pretty standard stuff where I work. That and being called "slut", "whore", "bitch" and "nazi". As in, "if you don't let me outta here, you fucking nazi bitch-whore, I'm going to KILL YOU!!!
