That's a pretty good idea, the un/pw bit. Only question is, where are the clues? Maybe the 'dropped axe' and 'Paige's number' questions?

really suck? If it's Vigenere'd into it's current form, but the plaintext still needs to be decoded with that other key, the one used on the window text. ugh...
