Well, Baby Baking season 2005 is upon us here in the beautiful valley of the sun. It happens every single year. Never mind the fact that we are constantly bombarded by PSA's and newstories reminding us that it is not a good thing to leave children unattended in swimming pools or parked cars.
Yesterday a 26 year old woman "forgot" that her niece was in the back seat of her parked car for 5 hours.

WTF!?!?! seriously, how do you forget that a child is still in the car? i might be able to understand a minute or two. "oh, hey i grabbed the groceries but where is the kid?" *runs to the car* but when it comes to "hey i need another bag of cheetos, i better get off my ass and go to the kitchen. come to think of it, i haven't changed a diaper yet today." *runs to the car* BS! BS! BS! BS! the only positive here is that these poor children do not have to suffer through long lives trapped with criminally irresponsible mother******s who shouldn't be trusted to take another breath without someone reminding them.
On the news last night, they ran the normal baby baking story with the heartbroken family asking that no charges be brought against the childkiller, because she has "suffered enough". bullf***ingsh*t! lock her in a car and let her go. she is a murderer whether she intended to or not. she is criminally stupid and should not be allowed back into this society even for a minute.
they had a blurb from a family friend imploring the viewers to not let this happen in their family. she went on to say babies need to be protected, don't leave them in the car. if you necessary -
"put something important in the backseat with the baby so you won't forget. like your cell phone." WTF?!?!?! put something "important" like a cell phone by the baby so you won't forget? cell phone = important. baby = ? DIE! save the oxygen for someone who can use it better and just die already.
