Okay, with some transgendered it really is pretty easy to tell...
But Damn!! Somebody's comestic surgeon is a VERY skilled person... not to mention probably a very happy camper.
Have to admit, seeing this picture out of context my first thought would NOT be "okay, she's a guy." Hell, I'd be likely to try to pick either Blackdress or Letucedress up at a bar.
