Pi, it was a joke. J-O-K-E I know we Americans have a crude sense of humor. Put our lack of refinement down to our lack of proximity to the French. Maybe we should annex Luxemburg after the French nuke us, and send our young there to learn some manners. Then the US could be a kinder gentler super power.
