You also have Villanova, Penn, Swarthmore, Arcadia, Neumann, Holy Family, and a few others I can't remember.

I didn't go to school here, and I don't know a whole lot about the schools, so my scope is a bit limited.

The four you mentioned are good schools, as are Penn and Villanova. The smaller ones are good as well. What are you thinking about going into? Not to mention, a couple of the schools (LaSalle, Temple) are in sketchy neighborhoods; Penn, Drexel, and St. Joe's aren't too far from shady areas, the rest are in the burbs (except Holy Family, which is practically in the burbs).
