Always go back to the basics.
Is it cooling?
Yes = no problem.
No = problem
Is it running?
Yes = but not cooling, call for help.
No = problem
Does it have power?
Yes = call for help
No = check fuses and jumper out controls (T-stat)
Did that work?
Yes = you know the AC is ok.
No = call for help
