It is fascinating. US Supreme Court aside, almost nobody wants to see anyone taken from their home by force. People seem willing to give their governments unlimited power because they trust it won't be used against them. They never get that nobody stays on top forever. Are they getting what they deserve for stealing the land to begin with? I suppose the aggreived parties are still around after forty years... I have no answers on this one.
