I probably said this last year too ... somebody please remind me that scheduling off for my birthday should be mandatory!!!
(terribly busy bad night, but the upside was I got a 911 transfer call from a suicidal guy on a cellphone who wouldn't tell the dispatcher anything, and within a 20 minute or so conversation I had his full name, his location, and police took him into custody).
