No, I never did expect they were doing much of anything except cashing the checks from those sweetheart contracts from the White House. Apparently they are spending a large proportion of the money to provide security for THEMSELVES, however, because we don't hear much about Halliburton employees being kidnapped, killed, or even threatened after that first time.
