I see nothing wrong with Google's actions. Or BMW's for that matter. Google has every right to maintain a certain level of hygiene in it's data. If it considers pages designed pages targetted at bots as pollution for search results targetted at humans, so be it. Oh, and BMW can make their webpage what they want it to be. They didn't pay for something that Google took away.
