I don't know exactly what the status is, but it's not completely dead. They have been trying vainly to sell it for a very long time, and there are no buyers. Four months ago there were still about 800 users.

They are still up and running. I still use them; given the state of the DSL market (all companies but the RBOCs either bankrupt or headed that way), maintaining a dialup ISP is just good sense.
