This might fit here. Today my directv went off. I had owed them 28.52, and was due the 23th and paid today. They deducted 100 from my account. I just might get too much to drink at times, but I think I know when I'm typing in 100 bucks. The online bill said I had a credit of 76.48. So why did they cut me off? So I could spend 1 hr on hold? Said would give me a refund in 30 days. So they use my flappin money for weeks.
