Well, there is no moderation on this board - we are a most immoderate group! UT kicks off the spammers and maybe one really impossible troll at rare intervals, but other than that, the members here pretty much police the board themselves.
You will need a wicked sense of humor, the ability to give as good as you get, any you may not be "intolerably irritating."
Oh, and LJ may be along to administer the TEST - sometimes he does and sometimes he doesn't.
