To tell the truth I never cared for it all that much... when I made this name "dev" was taken and thought this would be a way of letting those that migrated to this site after me know exactly who I was... As I said elsewhere I came to AG long after the music had been stripped by RIAA... a friend had an extra name an offered it to me...
the name was far from flattering for a Southern "part time" Gentleman from the south... but I made the best with what I had to work with... soon most there called me dev... I had told everyone I prefered that but there were still those that insisted on calling me other things... such as Lil and LD...
some of those people are on this site but that didn't really bother me... I was just there to be amongst this experiment of message board posting... I'm in my third year of being online...
I wasn't at all upset to leave the user name
