first face transplant patient but this guy, apparently the second, has received less attention from the world. It happened in China, where the guy lost much of his face in a bear attack.
As in the case of the first transplant, docs aren't so worried about whether it'll "take" as they are how the guy will deal with the psychological problems of suddenly looking very different.
