breakfast: 2 oz cottage cheese, 2%; 1 banana; coffe w/ cream
lunch: taco salad(ground beef, tomato, sour cream, hot sauce, lettuce, cheese, 1 egg, cukes)
i'm going to work on eating slower and stopping before i'm full. i have a compulsion to clean my plate. i believe this is childhood based, irrational behavior. i always feel shitty after i stuff myself, but i do it a lot.
