So, I went to Tribeca yesterday, sat in on a great panel discussion:

"Toga, Toga, Toga - What Hollywood learned from Faber College" with panelist Harold Ramis. There was also Jeff Garlin (the fat guy from Curb Your Enthusiasm) and two other comedy movie directors.

It was great to learn about making comedy movies, and hear stories of Bill Murray, and behind the scenes of Stripes, Ghostbusters, Animal House, etc.

I got to ask a question of the panel, and it was well received. I asked about how much thought or creativeness goes into the DVD (and all it's "extras") while the actual movie is being made. It may not seem like a creative endeavor, but it's a business, and that's where a lot of revenue comes from now. Their answers were great.
