I read it shortly after it was published...and read Red Lightning as soon as I saw it mentioned on BoingBoing. Cory Doctorow naturally put a political spin on it that didn't quite match up with the actual story; I was happy to get to the end and discover it wasn't what Cory was spinning it as.
