Hell, humans can carry crabs and STDs, and lord knows there is an overpopulation there as well.

Dogs can carry fleas, too. So can cats. As for being rodents...hamsters are perfectly acceptable as household pets, as are guinea pigs, gerbils, and mice.
Anyway, our squirrels are just jumpy little guys running around the neighborhood trees. We even have a population of white squirrels.
Sounds to me someone just wants to do some good old squirrel killin'!
Perhaps Cheney can spare a weekend?
Or perhaps send in the troops?
