In fact I have already tried my brother too (he's here now, take a bow!) and he can't work it out either.... When he tried to log onto his favourite (inferior) forum he is logged out too.
Any further advice really helpful as I have no-one else to turn to (and my bro has just done the worst fart ever so I'm not asking him back!)
Advice from Bro - also tried changing the cookie settings to accept all, but doesn't make a difference.
