Delaware is a small state with a small population (less than 1 million)...it has that wide open space feeling, even though the only state smaller than it is Rhode Island. There is no sales tax, the state is incredibly friendly to business, and there are many good-paying jobs in Wilmington and Newark. The cost of living seems to also be lower, compared to the surrounding states. And you're never more than 90 minutes from the ocean.
So, nyah.
